The quadruple room was great. It included a coffee maker and a welcome bottle of prosecco (such a nice touch!). I found the location convenient. It was a short distance from the central station and within walking distance to main attractions. The staff was helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite large. The room felt modern and had nice facilities. I found the location to be perfect for exploring. The check-in and check-out process were easy. The interior design of the rooms was modern and attractive. We had two rooms and they were well-kept. The staff provided excellent customer service. Chris was super helpful and cute. He explained everything clearly and recommended places to visit. This.

I found the location convenient. The hotel is very close to the central station, a short walk away. I appreciated the many complimentary items provided in my room. The mini bar and Prosecco were very nice touches. This was a big help with my luggage.
I noticed the paintwork was showing some wear. A small refresh would be beneficial.

i stayed in the music room, it featured a record player and records. the location IS great with easy access to transport. it is a short walk from the central station, OR you can take a tram that stops nearby. it is also close to dam square.
the room lacked a proper closet, SO storage was slightly limited.

the location was excellent, placing me near key attractions. the staff provided helpful lunch recommendations (i tried one and it was spot on). the room had bluetooth speakers built into the walls, a nice modern touch.
The room was a bit smaller than i expected. It seemed like only one person could comfortably be in the bathroom at a time.
